Overview of the Role As a Frontend Developer specializing in Angular and Typescript, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-performance web applications that support HCLTech’s commitment to digital innovation. This position is critical in delivering user-centric solutions and enhancing the functionality of complex software architectures, directly impacting client satisfaction and business outcomes. Detailed Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain frontend applications using Angular (version 20+ with signals) and Typescript.Proactively familiarize yourself with complex system architectures, independently navigating and understanding intricate technical landscapes.Collaborate across agile teams beyond the traditional Jira/Scrum framework, emphasizing initiative and effective communication.Integrate and manage toolchains including Java, Git, VSCode, CI tools, and operate across Mac and Windows environments.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring scalable and maintainable codebases.Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Skill Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience with Angular (especially version 20+ and signals) and Typescript.Strong understanding of web application architectures and frontend development best practices.Proficiency in Java, Git, VSCode, CI/CD processes, and working across Mac and Windows platforms.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and self-learning abilities.Effective communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating proactivity in team environments What do we offer? 1066 RON monthly budget in Benefit Online Platform25 vacation days/year.Life Insurance cover.The employees working on bank holidays will benefit either a paid day off in the next 30 days + 100% of the hourly base salary for that specific day OR 200% of the hourly base salary for that specific day.Childbirth allowance of 7000 RON after 1 year in HCLTech.In the first 8 weeks, the company will pay the difference of up to 100% for the parental leave granted to pregnant employees.Unfortunate events allowance of 7000 RON for first degree relative granted from day 1 in HCLTech.Internal trainings and certifications.
