YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You act as the central point of contact for agency partners and travel customers in Corporate and Franchise countries, handling operational topics on a daily basisYou support agencies with reservations, rebookings, cancellations, invoice queries, and commission-related requestsYou ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through fast, solution-oriented communicationYou proactively onboard newly registered agencies, guiding them through their first login, technical setup, and initial bookingYou conduct trainings and walkthroughs of the SIXT Travel Sales booking platform PartnerHubYou track onboarding progress and follow up actively to ensure successful partner activationYOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You bring first experience in inside sales, customer service, or the travel industry - a background in a comparable field is equally welcomeEducation You have completed commercial training or hold a comparable qualificationSoft Skills You communicate confidently and bring a genuine service-oriented attitude to every interactionOrganizational Skills You work in a structured and proactive way, keeping multiple tasks on track even in a fast-paced environmentTools/Systems You are comfortable using digital tools and booking systemsLanguage You are fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plusWHAT WE OFFER The SIXT Lisbon Experience Two of Lisbon's most exciting hubs - Factory Lisboa in Beato and ARTs Lisboa in Parque das Nações - are where you'll find your new home base.
