Senior Software Developer

The role We're looking for a senior developer with strong software experience to join the team building our Fleet Management platform. The scope is wide: collecting data from many different sources, processing and analyzing it, turning it into clear visualizations, and building the functionality on top of it — including AI-powered features that help fleet managers make faster, smarter decisions. It's also a chance to work on something that matters beyond the product itself: every efficiency gain we help fleets achieve — less fuel burned, fewer emissions, safer operations — is a step toward a more sustainable maritime industry. What you'll work on New features across the full stack of our fleet management platform — from data collection pipelines to the visualizations and tools fleet managers use every dayAI-powered features that turn raw vessel and engine data into actionable insightData processing and analytics at scale — ingesting, processing, and analyzing data from many different sourcesSystem monitoring and maintenance — the team owns what it builds end-to-end, including keeping it running in production Our tech stack Node.js ·TypeScript · React· SQL / PostgreSQL ·Go · Kubernetes· GCP ·Linux · GraphQL· Kafka For AI development: LangChain · LangGraph· Langfuse How we work Our team has strong ownership of the product and makes decisions autonomously — we don't wait for permission to do the right thing. We offer a full-time role, with 2 days a week onsite at our Helsinki office. What we're looking for Senior-level experience developing softwareHands-on experience with most of our tech stack (Node.js, TypeScript, React, SQL/PostgreSQL, Go, Kubernetes, GCP, Linux, GraphQL, Kafka) and the ability to pick up the rest quicklyComfortable owning a feature or system end-to-end — from design through to production monitoringBased in, or willing to work from, Helsinki (Kallio) (2 days/week onsite)
