With strong momentum behind them, they're now growing their engineering team to help deliver on an ambitious mission. They're looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer who is comfortable building backend systems in Python. The team values product-minded engineers who enjoy solving real customer problems and taking ownership of their work. Many of the engineers have backgrounds in startups and high-growth environments, but they're equally open to candidates from larger technology companies where product engineering is central to the culture. About the Role This role offers a high degree of autonomy and ownership. You'll work across the full lifecycle of product development, from designing and building backend systems through to shipping features that directly impact users. Experience or interest in AI is a plus, particularly if you've used AI tools to enhance your development workflow or have worked on AI-powered products.
