HW Solution Portfolio OwnershipOwn the end-to-end HW solution portfolio across China IVI/ADAS/car computer topicsConsolidate fragmented topics into a structured and transparent portfolioEnsure visibility of priorities, dependencies, and status2. Solution Structuring & PackagingDevelop standardized solution packages, including:Multiple solution optionsTrade-off analysis (cost / performance / timing / risk)Clear recommendationsCross-carline, cross-generation considerationsTransform engineering discussions into decision-ready outputs3. Portfolio Management & GovernanceManage portfolio lifecycle:PrioritizationVersioningRoadmap alignmentDrive regular portfolio review and reporting to management4. Decision Enablement & Management AlignmentPrepare and deliver decision packages to managementDrive alignment across engineering, product, and leadershipEnsure decisions are structured, fact-based, and timely5.
