AI Engineer

You are a software engineer who has fully committed to AI, not because it is trendy, but because you truly believe that AI is changing how good software is built. You have worked with agentic systems, you know your way around Claude, Codex, or similar tools, and you treat your agents as a team that you need to manage well. But remember: first and foremost, you are a full-stack builder . You want to learn AI-augmented workflows, while the fundamentals of software engineering remain your foundation. You have built complex systems before. You understand architecture, not just implementation, and if something needs to scale up or change, you see the curve coming. You set the bar high and notice when something isn't quite right, whether it's in the code, the design, or the user experience. Projects don't fall apart in your hands. You define their scope, plan them, keep stakeholders informed, and deliver. Communication isn't a soft skill you pick up; it's something you do well and consider important. Pre:You have built and deployed agents or dev-tooling yourself .Experience with complex domain logic (pricing, configuration, rules engines).You have worked directly with end users / customers. Your stack:Full-stack: .NET / C# + TypeScript , or a strong background in an OOP language that is quickly portable.Frontend: React and/or Angular. Your role:Designing and building scalable logic engines for configuration and pricing.Developing rule-based and event-driven systems that can handle complex dependencies.Integrating AI and ML output into a real product (not just experiments).Shaping how AI fits within our SDLC : from writing and reviewing code to automating repetitive tasks, so that it becomes a practical part of how we work, not a standalone project.Building high-performance APIs that both internal teams and external partners use.Improving the architecture towards modularity, scalability, and long-term flexibility.Collaborate closely with product, customers, and other engineers; define your scope of work, keep people informed, and get things done.This is a role for someone who likes to think in systems, not just in endpoints.
