Role Description
As an Account Manager in Riga, you will manage and develop a dedicated portfolio of accommodation partners across Latvia.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners improve their performance on Booking.com through market insight and data-led prioritisation.
By executing practical commercial action plans and collaborating effectively across internal teams, you will identify high-value opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance both partner success and the customer experience.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
Own and develop a portfolio of accommodation partners across Latvia, building trusted relationships to understand their business objectives, challenges, and local context.
Analyse performance data, market trends, and partner signals to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for growth.
Prioritise activities based on impact and create focused portfolio action plans with measurable objectives and timelines.
Advise partners on optimising their presence on Booking.com, including relevant products, availability, pricing, and customer experience levers.
Lead effective partner conversations, handle objections constructively, and collaborate across internal teams to unlock market opportunities.
Participate in regular partner visits, workshops, and market activities (up to 50% travel required).
Qualifications & Skills
Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in account management, sales, business development, or customer success.
Strong commercial judgement with the ability to use data and performance indicators to diagnose issues and drive strategic actions.
Excellent communication, questioning, and influencing skills to secure clear commitments and manage stakeholder relationships.
Structured, organised approach with ownership and resilience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Professional fluency in both Latvian and English.
Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with existing right to work in Latvia.
