DevOps Lead (AWS) - Local Malaysians ONLY

International Fintech Company looking for AWS Team Lead Your new company International Fintech Company Your new role Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available AWS infrastructure.Manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and cloud automation initiatives.Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and containerised platforms.Implement security best practices, disaster recovery strategies, and regulatory compliance requirements.Monitor system performance, reliability, and uptime using observability and monitoring tools.Optimise cloud performance and AWS costs.Lead technical troubleshooting, incident response, and production support activities.Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to a small DevOps team. What you'll need to succeed Proven hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and DevOps Engineering.Strong experience with Docker, ECS, and container management platforms.Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or similar).Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash/Python or other languages.Solid networking knowledgeStrong English communication skills.Experience using AI-assisted development tools.What you'll get in return Great opportunity to lead a growing team.
