Make your mark:
Design, implement, and operate robust CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows, ensuring reliable and repeatable software build, integration, testing, and deployment processesDevelop and maintain scalable, modular, and testable full-stack solutions, including backend services and frontend components, using appropriate testing practicesIntegrate and standardize toolchains across the SDLC including version control, build automation, artifact management, and security scanningMonitor, analyze, and optimize pipeline and application performance with observability capabilitiesEmbed and enforce security, compliance, and quality controls aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirementsContribute to architecture and technical design decisions, while applying DevOps, containerization, and infrastructure as code (IaC) best practicesSupport implementation of governance, traceability, and validation practices for AI-assisted software development in a regulated environmentProduce and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
This is how you make a difference:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, with 3–7 years’ experience in software engineering and/or DevOpsExperience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud or hybrid environmentsExperience with DevOps toolchains, Git-based workflows, and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong backend programming skills and familiarity with frontend frameworksUnderstanding of SDLC practices, documentation, traceability, and validation requirements within regulated environmentsAbility to learn and apply new technologiesExcellent written and oral communication skills in Englisch as well as in German
