Key Responsibilitie sA Back-End Engineer with Platform Engineering experience is responsible for building scalable backend services while creating Golden Path Templates (standardized, reusable engineering templates) or Paved Roads (approved development patterns) that enable development teams to build, deploy, and operate applications consistently.They develop reusable frameworks, automate infrastructure, and improve the developer experience (DevEx) through Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs). Their focus is on backend development, cloud-native architecture, automation, and platform adoption across engineering team sRequired Technical Skill sStrong backend development experience using Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python, with expertise in microservices and REST APIs.Hands-on Platform Engineering experience, including building Golden Path templates, Paved Roads, or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) to improve developer productivity.Cloud-native expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform (IaC), and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or Jenkins).Experience driving platform adoption by creating reusable templates, automation, developer self-service capabilities, and improving the overall Developer Experience (DevEx) across engineering team
