Job Description Support and monitor data-platform operations across Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and ETL/ELT environments, including pipelines, workflows, alerts, and scheduled refreshes.Monitor and respond to pipeline failures, Databricks workflow issues, Power BI refresh failures, and service interruptions, ensuring timely incident resolution and escalation.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving jobs, credentials, access controls, source files, data refreshes, platform configurations, SQL, and ETL/ELT processes.Manage and support CI/CD activities, release coordination, environment promotions, rollback procedures, and production validation using Git and DevOps practices.Administer approved Azure, Databricks, and Power BI access in accordance with established security and governance processes.Perform controlled reruns, backfills, minor production fixes, and routine operational tasks to maintain platform stability and data availability.Apply working knowledge of Python/PySpark to troubleshoot data-processing and pipeline-related issues.Maintain runbooks, incident records, escalation procedures, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.Collaborate with engineering, data, analytics, and business stakeholders to coordinate incident resolution, releases, and operational activities.Identify and implement opportunities to improve platform reliability, automation, monitoring coverage, operational efficiency, and cloud cost visibility. Candidate Profile Experience in DevOps, cloud operations, data-platform operations, analytics-platform support, or a related technical environment.Hands-on or working knowledge of Azure, Databricks operations, Git/CI/CD, Azure access controls, SQL, and ETL/ELT pipelines.Basic to working knowledge of Python/PySpark troubleshooting and Power BI Service administration.Strong incident-management, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
