Job Description As a Product Engineer at Ark Residential, you will own complex problems from discovery to deployment. Working across a React and Python/Django stack, you’ll leverage AI to automate manual property management workflows. You’ll collaborate directly with users in an office-first environment, building high-stakes software that improves how thousands of people live and work daily. What You Will Do Take "fuzzy" user problems and turn them into shipped features across React, React Native, and Python/Django backend systems.Work directly with property managers and residents to gather feedback and iterate on features that streamline building operations and community living.Build and deploy AI-driven features that automate complex tasks like processing inspection reports and drafting trusted communications for property managers. The ideal candidate Proven experience shipping full-stack features using TypeScript/React and Python/Django (or a similar modern web framework) with a strong sense of architectural design.A product-first mindset with a strong bias to action, capable of working independently through ambiguity to deliver polished user experiences.Active experience building with AI tools and a clear perspective on how LLMs can be applied to solve practical, real-world business problems.
