Software Engineer - Java / Python Mid-Level - Back End Engineer | West London | Investment Bank | £80,000–£95,000 + Bonus & Benefits | On-site 5 days a week | No sponsorship Our client, an investment bank is looking to hire a mid-level Back End Software Engineer to join their London team focused on delivering mission-critical systems that provide end-to-end visibility into payment lifecycles for technical, operations, reporting and product teams. This is a great opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems. You will architect and develop strategic, high-performance systems that connect to trillions of dollars in global liquidity and capital. They’re are looking for strong engineers who can think critically, build scalable solutions and mentor those around them. You’ll be expected to carry out code reviews, support and mentor more junior engineers and still be very much involved in designing, building and shipping code yourself.
