Responsibilities Research, design, and manage algorithms and flowcharts; translate business requirements into efficient backend code.Write high-quality reusable code, develop quality assurance procedures, and maintain a strong focus on writing test specs.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software while recommending and executing technical improvements.Set up projects from scratch, including service design, fault-tolerant architecture, and technical documentation.Deploy software tools and processes, ensuring microservices are scalable and high-performing in high-load environments.Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and the Business team to evaluate user feedback. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Ruby Developer.Strong experience in backend development with a focus on Ruby on Rails.Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (SQL Clusters) and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB), along with caching strategies.Proven understanding of Microservices, service scalability, and fault-tolerant design.Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CentOS/CoreOS, and Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Solid understanding of DNS, IPv6, network protocols, and software security best practices.Ability to build libraries/plugins (e.g., Gems, Hex, Pip, Npm modules).Experience with Localization (L10n) and Internationalization (i18n).
