As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are seeking a passionate and driven Odoo Developer to strengthen our in-house ERP team. Role Overview As a Odoo Developer, you will assist in the development, customization, and integration of Odoo ERP modules. You will also help ensure stable system operation and work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Odoo modules based on user requirements.Build integrations between Odoo and other internal systems using Java and PL/SQL.Collaborate with analysts and testers in an Agile Scrum team.Use Jira to manage tasks, sprints, and issue tracking.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code (Python, XML, Java).Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.Troubleshoot and fix bugs or system issues. Requirements ✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ✅ Proficiency in Java programming (mandatory). ✅ Strong command of PL/SQL for database operations (Oracle/PostgreSQL). ✅ Familiarity with Odoo (ORM, QWeb, XML) and Python development. ✅ Experience using Jira for task and project management. ✅ Understanding of Scrum/Agile development methodologies. ✅ Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Nice to Have: Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation.Knowledge of business processes (Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting).Comfortable working in Linux server environments.
