Job Overview As a Software Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure software solutions that drive business performance and enhance user experience. You’ll collaborate with key leadership, production managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to translate requirements into clean, efficient code, participate in code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities Maintain our core PHP-based application, ensuring its efficient function while assisting with the development of a next-generation application that is more robust, scalable, and efficient.Execute UX design workflows by applying user research insights, interaction models, usability heuristics, and prototyping tools to deliver data-driven interface solutions.Design and optimize user interfaces using interaction patterns, component libraries, and usability best practices to ensure scalable, high-quality user experiences.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical roadmaps.Ensure best practices in code quality, maintainability, security, and performance.Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.Automate processes, optimize database queries, and streamline deployment workflows.
