Learn more at TradeBeyond.com About the Role We are looking for a seasoned technical professional to lead a global team responsible for managing cloud infrastructure for enterprise SaaS solutions across multiple regions including Asia, Europe, and the US. The role requires oversight of development, testing, and production environments in public clouds, ensuring compliance with non-functional requirements such as security, stability, and performance. Responsibilities: Lead a team with members in HK, mainland China, Europe and US to manage the cloud infrastructure for enterprise SaaS solutionsManage the development, testing and production environments in public clouds fulling non-functional requirements including security, stability, resiliency, business continuity, performance, scalability and system integrationDrive continuous improvements in infrastructure design, configuration management, operations automation, and cost optimizationSupport our compliance manager in working with external auditors on SOC 2 Type 2 certification, including security testsCollaborate with the product and application development teams on improvements beyond infrastructureManaging IT help desk operations, internal IT tools, office network and system adoptionAssessing and managing IT vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards. Requirements 15+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 8+ years in a leadership or team lead roleBachelor degree with Information Technology related majorSolid experience in major public clouds including AWS and Azure (relevant certifications in AWS, Azure and experience in other public clouds like GCP are desirable)Experience in managing cloud networking, NGINX, Kubernetes, Java applications, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, Redis / Valkey, RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus, AWS S3 / Azure Blob StoragePreferably with experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and tools such as JenkinsGood communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendor negotiationsFluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)Eligible to work in HK without sponsorship TradeBeyond Offers You will work in a flat and open team environment where your experience and expertise are valued.
