This role requires you to work from our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) and/or the client office a minimum of 3 days per week, subject to change based on business and client requirements.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer with expertise in Sitecore XP v10.4 or higher to design, develop, and support enterprise web applications and digital experience platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Sitecore development, search integration (Coveo/Solr), ASP.NET MVC, Web API integration, and service-oriented architectures.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Sitecore XP v10.4 or higher.
Develop and customize Sitecore templates, layouts, sublayouts, renderings, and components.
Manage Content Tree, Media Library, Sitecore Items, Pipelines, Analytics, and Content Management features.
Integrate Sitecore with external applications and services using Web APIs and RESTful services.
Develop solutions using ASP.NET MVC and service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles.
Configure and optimize Coveo or Solr search for content indexing and search performance.
Design and develop SQL database interactions to support Sitecore applications.
Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure scalability and security.
Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and Agile ceremonies while following development best practices.
Experience
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XP v10.4 or higher.
Experience implementing enterprise CMS and digital experience solutions.
Experience integrating Sitecore with external systems using Web APIs.
Experience developing applications using ASP.NET MVC.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.
Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000–$130,000.
