Moneyfarm, a pan-European digital wealth manager, is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to own the technical architecture and system design for their B2B partnerships platform.
The role involves designing and implementing complex integrations with partner banks, leading backend initiatives, defining API strategies, and mentoring backend engineers.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of backend software engineering experience, expertise in Java or Go, hands-on experience with agentic AI tools, and experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
Experience in regulated financial environments and Italian language proficiency are valued.
