As a Commercial Working Student, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute in one of several of our core teams.We have multiple exciting opportunities for in the following areas:Homepage: Plan and execute in-app campaigns, ensure high product availability, and optimize the digital store by showing the best products & seasonal highlights to inspire customers daily.Promotion: Develop and execute compelling promotions that drive engagement and sales.Meals: Create appealing recipe app campaigns, targeted at different audiences, from busy families to weekend chefs, ensuring high adoption rates and recipe sales.Campaigns: Plan and launch weekly marketing moments, from seasonal celebrations to product pushesPartnerships: Collaborate with creators and influencers to grow brand reach and loyaltyTrading: Analyze assortment data to spot growth opportunities, track pricing, and optimize margins to maximize product performance and revenue.Tricks of the tradeCross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate closely with category managers, suppliers, buyers, and creatives to gain a well-rounded view of the Commercial team and how different functions work together.Assortment Analysis: Support in analyzing assortment strategies to help ensure our product range is data-driven, relevant, and tailored to customer needs.Product Development Support: Assist in product tastings and sourcing efforts to contribute to the selection of top-quality items at the best prices.International Sourcing: Work with international partners and teams to help identify new sourcing opportunities and support cross-border collaboration.Hands-On Experience: Get practical experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where ownership, curiosity, and learning by doing are key.Your superpowersStudent at least in 2nd year of bachelor (HBO or WO) Education in a relevant field; Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similarAvailable for at least 6 months Available a minimum of 3 days p/wCurious, independent, detail-oriented with a proactive mindsetFluent in English and preferably in DutchPicnic Perks🚀Every expert was once a beginner!You’ll get plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself and grow, including the Picnic Tech Academy, Lunch & Learn sessions, and tailored soft skills training.
