Must Have Skills: Ansible Microsoft Technology Stack (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, PowerShell) Nice to Have Skills: N/A Detailed Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Ansible Engineer with strong experience in the Microsoft technology stack to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ansible automation, Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, PowerShell scripting, and infrastructure management. The role involves automating IT operations, configuration management, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure provisioning across Microsoft environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows. Automate configuration management, software deployment, patch management, and compliance processes. Manage and administer Microsoft Windows Server environments. Automate Active Directory administration tasks including user provisioning, group management, and GPO deployment. Implement and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Ansible. Automate Azure infrastructure provisioning and management using Ansible and Azure modules. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency. Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation jobs and workflows. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to streamline operational processes. Ensure infrastructure configurations comply with security and governance standards. Create technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles. Minimum Years of Experience 6-8+ yrs Certifications Needed: N/A Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows to automate configuration management, software deployment, patching, and infrastructure operations across Microsoft environments. Manage and automate Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, and PowerShell scripting to improve operational efficiency and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensure compliance with security standards, and optimize enterprise infrastructure management processes.
