About this role Companies in the Yara Network are hiring senior engineers in New York who own products end to end. You'll join a small team as one of the first ten engineers, often interviewing directly with the founders, and ship agent-powered products for finance, infrastructure, and enterprise customers. Who this is for You've built production LLM systems: orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and the evals that keep them honest.You have real backend depth. APIs, data modeling, system design. Agent work on weak fundamentals doesn't pass these interviews.You've worked somewhere with a strong engineering bar, big or small, and it shows in how you build.You want the founder in the room and a decision in days, not months.You're in NYC, or moving, and happy in the office most days.
