We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world. For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Kubernetes Platform Engineering Lead (Kraków / hybrid). Your Duties Will Include Own end-to-end engineering and lifecycle management of the Kubernetes platform.Build automation, APIs and tooling for infrastructure and platform services.Improve platform reliability, performance and cluster/service upgrade processes.Monitor resource utilization and support capacity planning.Develop dashboards, monitoring and self-healing solutions.Support multiple software development teams using the platform.Participate in platform architecture, system design and infrastructure planning.Lead and support a local team of approximately 5 engineers.Coordinate workloads with the Global Engineering Team Lead.Participate in infrastructure changes outside standard business hours when required. Requirements That Must Be Met Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.Strong knowledge of Linux, containers and Kubernetes infrastructure.Experience with Kubernetes-native technologies such as Istio, Cilium and CSI solutions.Experience building infrastructure automation, APIs and CI/CD pipelines.Scripting/programming experience with Bash and Python or Golang.Experience with Jenkins and Ansible / Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).Experience with observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog.Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management and GitHub-based development workflows.Experience leading or coordinating an engineering/platform team.Very good English and PolishAbility to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week What We Offer We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
