DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer – Platform Engineering & CI/CD Location: Florham Park, NJ – Hybrid Job Summary: ADP is seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Platform Engineering, CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, and enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will build and optimize CI/CD platforms, automate security and database processes, and improve observability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, maintain, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.Develop reusable deployment templates, automation patterns, and self-service capabilities.Implement DevSecOps, security scanning, compliance, RBAC, SSO, PAM, and secrets management.Develop Database-as-Code solutions using Liquibase, including automated deployments, validation, rollback, and governance.Build monitoring, logging, metrics, and observability solutions using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.Automate infrastructure and application lifecycle processes using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Jenkins, and Ansible.Integrate REST APIs, security tools, vulnerability scanning, and enterprise platforms.Partner with development, infrastructure, database, and security teams to modernize delivery processes.Troubleshoot and improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related fields.Strong experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automation.Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.Experience with on-prem, virtualized, containerized, and cloud environments.Experience with REST APIs, enterprise automation, security integration, and change governance.Strong understanding of DevSecOps and software delivery practices. Preferred Skills: Liquibase / Database-as-CodeSplunk, DynatraceQualys, Fortify, Snyk, SonarQubeRBAC, SSO, PAM, PSM, Secrets ManagementAgile/Scrum/Kanban experience
