Platform Engineer Key Responsibilities Manage and support enterprise platform infrastructure across Unix/Linux and Windows environmentsAdminister and maintain Active Directory services, user access, and group policiesManage NAS storage infrastructure and file systemsSupport and maintain Azure cloud platform services and resourcesDeploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications on OpenShiftManage and support messaging platforms including IBM MQ and KafkaMonitor platform performance, availability, and capacityPerform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot infrastructure, platform, and middleware issuesCollaborate with application, security, and operations teams to ensure platform stability and reliabilityImplement automation and operational best practicesSupport incident, problem, and change management processes Must-Have Skills Strong experience with Unix/Linux administrationExperience managing Windows Server environmentsHands-on experience with Active Directory administrationExperience with NAS storage technologiesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud servicesExperience deploying and supporting applications on OpenShiftHands-on experience with IBM MQStrong experience with Apache KafkaKnowledge of infrastructure monitoring and troubleshootingExperience with system administration, patching, and performance tuningUnderstanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with automation and scriptingExposure to Kubernetes and container platformsExperience with CI/CD and DevOps toolsBanking or Financial Services domain experienceKnowledge of cloud security and infrastructure governanceExperience with enterprise-scale production support environments Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
