Business Analyst – Azure DevOps / ServiceNow Integration

We are seeking a temporary Business Analyst to define, align, and translate requirements for a two-way synchronization between Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. The assignment is focused on requirements and tradeoffs. Different stakeholders have legitimate, but sometimes competing, priorities. The main challenge is to identify the trade-offs between these priorities, make them explicit, and support stakeholders in reaching clear, documented decisions. The Analyst will then work with architects & Tech Leads to turn these decisions into a coherent final solution design.You will bring together requirements, process considerations, technical constraints, and outstanding decisions into a clear and implementable design for the integration between Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.You will work with various stakeholders including:The Azure DevOps Product Owner, who needs a scalable solution that can be adopted by the enterprise organizationThe ServiceNow Product Owner, who needs ServiceNow to keep performing and be the system of recordThe ITSM Business Process Manager, who needs ticket handling to remain compliant with agreed ITSM processesThe business, which needs a simple, reliable solution with minimal administrative effortArchitects and tech leads, who will use the agreed requirements, trade-offs, and constraints to develop and validate the final solution designYour impact as Business Analyst at NN Hyper Automation:At NN Group, the Hyper Automation domain is discovering, implementing and using innovative ways to increase efficiency and optimize business processes in order to make NN’s operations better, faster and more cost-effective. We are looking for someone who is proactive, a self-starter and has analytical and problem solving skills.You have a Bachelor or Master in (Business) Information Management or similarYou have experience in business analysis, process analysis or similar in the field of Intelligent Process Automation.
