Then join NN's Hyper Automation Discovery team!This temporary position runs until the end of 2026 and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of our key automation initiatives.Your impact as Business Analyst Hyper AutomationAs a Business Analyst within Hyper Automation, you will help ensure a smooth and reliable migration of ex-isting automations into NN's standard environment. Your focus will be on understanding current solutions, translating them into clear requirements and designs, and aligning stakeholders across multiple teams.Your work helps accelerate delivery while safeguarding reliability, performance and business continuity for our business units.What you are going to doAnalyse existing automated processes and translate them into NN-compliant designs and require-mentsFacilitate workshops and discussions with business and IT stakeholdersModel and document processes, business rules and solution requirementsCreate development-ready documentation to support automation delivery teamsIdentify dependencies, risks and gaps that may impact migration timelinesCollaborate closely with developers, architects and operational teamsSupport testing and implementation activities to ensure stable and reliable solutionsDrive alignment between stakeholders with different priorities and interestsWhat we offer youOur people are the driving force behind our organization. You ask the right questions, quickly understand business processes and are able to bring people together towards a common objective.You also bring:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Management, IT or a related fieldExperience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar roleExperience gathering requirements and documenting business processesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsThe ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirementsAffinity with process automation and digital transformationExperience with Agile ways of workingExperience with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, BPMN/process modelling tools, UiPath or similar is a plusProfessional proficiency in both Dutch and English, as you will collaborate with Dutch-speaking busi-ness teams as well as international stakeholdersWho you will work withYour team consists of a great mix of people from different nationalities that are working in an agile way to service our colleagues.
