We serve as an internal centre of quantitative model development, automation and innovation. We support numerous departments at NN Head Office in the Hague (the Netherlands) and NN subsidiaries all over Europe. In Budapest, we are a firm with over 100 employees.Now we are hiring to extend our Reporting and Actuarial Consulting team with an Actuarial Consultant / Reporting specialist (Medior or Senior). What we are looking for University degree in Econometrics, Financial Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences or related disciplineAt least 3-10 years of experience of working in a (preferably life) actuarial functionAnalytical thinking, and good communication skills in EnglishA pro-active team player, who can work precisely and is self-sufficient in prioritizingReporting mindset with experience in reporting under Solvency II and/or IFRS 17 knowledge is requiredExperience in (user acceptance) testing is big advantageExperience in automation & streamlining, change management is an advantage Control-oriented mindset & familiarity with control frameworks is a plusAudit experience is a plusExperience with Cash Flow modelling software (AFM/R3S or Prophet or MoSeS/RAFM) is an advantageWhat we can offer NN RAS is not an insurance company itself with own reporting, but supports NN units with their reporting processes in many ways:Participating in Solvency II and IFRS17 reporting of NN companies, working directly with foreign colleaguesExecuting reporting processes in a controlled mannerActing as a business analyst supporting IT developments, including the preparation of change requests and the design and execution of user acceptance testingOpportunity to take a leading role in improving the post-processing during reportingAs a reporting actuary you will not only understand the technical steps, but also the related methodology and its relevance in the whole process.You can also move to different areas of actuarial profession to have a better view of the big picture and explore high-level impacts as wellChallenging projects within an exciting international, yet familiar work environmentCompetitive compensation package Opportunity to work from homeOpportunity to work in a multicultural, international environmentPlenty of opportunities to develop yourself: skills and personal development are high priorities at NN RASAre you ready?
