Scope of Duties
Ensure platform reliability through high-availability setups, backup/restore procedures, and disaster recovery planningDeploy and maintain services in cloud and on-premises environmentsOperate and maintain containerized workloads on Kubernetes, including Helm-based deployments and GitOps workflows using Argo CDAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and AnsibleAutonomously implement complete technical solutions and infrastructure components from scratchOperate and maintain PostgreSQL databases on Amazon RDS, including backup, tuning, and version upgradesImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, following established patterns and including automated quality gates and testingImplement and maintain identity and access management, including SSO integrations via Keycloak (OIDC/SAML)Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetryProvide 3rd level support and participate in incident management, including root cause analysis and resolutionSupport cloud migration projects, including cutover planning and executionPerform patch and upgrade management of infrastructure and servicesDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and infrastructure-related issuesDevelop Python and shell scripts to automate operational and infrastructure-related tasksContribute to internal developer platform capabilities, including service catalogs and developer portals (Backstage)Contribute to technical documentation, including system architecture and IT product documentation, following docs-as-code principles
Services Experience
