Job DescriptionBusiness KPI Tracking: Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across business functions to identify trends, operational performance, and growth opportunities.Dashboard & Report Alignment: Design, build, and maintain automated Google Sheets dashboards with Regional Market Analyst Team and reports to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.Data Extraction & SQL Support: Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean raw data from databases to support ad-hoc analytics requests.Cross-Functional Support: Partner with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and provide support as well as project managementTrend & Anomaly Analysis: Conduct root-cause analysis on business performance variances, highlighting key drivers, risks, and actionable insights for decision-makers.Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate any manual work using Python or any other programming language
