Rental Sales Agents are currently averaging $2,000 – $5,000 in monthly bonuses, adding up to an annual bonus opportunity of approximately $24,000 – $60,000+. Combined with base pay, successful agents are achieving total annual earnings of $67,000 to $103,000+.
