Site Setting Out Engineer
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Salary: up to €100,000 + housing and car allowance
Visa requirements: opportunities to relocate to Germany from most countries - company will cover all visa expenses.

Role Overview
Carry out precise setting out for all civil, structural, and architectural elements of the project.Establish and maintain site control networks, benchmarks, and survey records.Verify dimensions, coordinates, and levels against design drawings and BIM models.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure accurate construction delivery.Produce and maintain as-built surveys, reports, and quality documentation.Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications, health and safety standards, and programme requirements.
Key skills and qualifications
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Surveying, or a related discipline.Minimum 3–5 years' experience in setting out on large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres or other mission-critical facilities.Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and relevant surveying software.Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordinate systems, and quality assurance procedures.Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environments with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
