About the job We’re looking for an Intermediate DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps. You’ll work closely with engineering, QA and delivery teams to build and improve CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and deployment processes. We’re particularly interested in someone with broader software development or SDLC experience who can contribute across the development lifecycle when needed. This is an offshore opportunity, with a preference for candidates based in Poland. What You’ll Do Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including Azure Pipelines, Repos and ArtifactsManage and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, networking, storage and SQL databasesBuild and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templatesAutomate deployments, environment provisioning, scaling, backups and other operational workflowsMonitor application and infrastructure health using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics or similar toolsPartner with development and QA teams to improve build, deployment and release processesMaintain source control, branching and repository standardsSupport troubleshooting and incident response across development, staging and production environmentsApply security best practices, including Azure Key Vault, role-based access control and network policiesMaintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks and operational proceduresContribute to development or broader SDLC activities where your experience allows What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering or a similar roleStrong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, particularly Pipelines, Repos and ArtifactsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft AzureExperience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templatesExperience with Docker and KubernetesProficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash or PythonStrong understanding of CI/CD, source-control strategies and release managementFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights or GrafanaSolid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, load balancing and firewall configurationStrong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Software development experience or broader hands-on knowledge of the SDLCAzure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-400Experience with Ansible, Chef or similar configuration-management toolsFamiliarity with GitOps practices and tools such as Flux or Argo CDExperience with DevSecOps practices including SAST, DAST or dependency scanningExperience with hybrid or multi-cloud environmentsFamiliarity with database migration tools such as DbUp, Flyway or LiquibaseExperience working in Agile delivery environments Why Fintex You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful technology initiatives alongside experienced engineering and delivery teams, with exposure to complex financial-services projects and a high degree of ownership.
