About the Role
MeeBoss is seeking a curious and driven Software Engineer to join the product engineering team.
This full-stack role involves building and scaling core platform features, including data ingestion pipelines, metrics engines, interactive dashboards, and AI-powered analytics.
The position offers high impact and direct influence on product direction, with close collaboration with the CTO, product team, and customers.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features across the cofi.ai platform.Build and optimize data pipelines that ingest, normalize, and transform financial and operational data from diverse sources.Contribute to the metrics engine and visualization layer, enabling real-time portfolio intelligence.Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex finance requirements into clean, intuitive user experiences.Write clean, well-tested code and participate in peer code reviews.Apply data science and ML techniques to support forecasting, anomaly detection, and AI-driven insights.Help define engineering standards and best practices as an early team member.
Qualifications
2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for both backend and frontend development.Experience with data-heavy applications, including ETL pipelines, data modeling, SQL, or similar.Comfort working across the full stack and shipping end-to-end features.Strong analytical mindset with a systems-thinking approach to solving complex problems.Self-directed learner who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.Background or strong interest in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI (e.g., MSc in Data Science or equivalent experience).Experience with aerospace, scientific computing, or other quantitative engineering domains.Familiarity with financial concepts such as FP&A, KPIs, financial reporting, or portfolio management.Contributions to or interest in open source projects.Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Prior experience at an early-stage SaaS startup.
Pay range and compensation package
$80,000-120,000/year
