DevOps Engineer

Our core areas: ➡Quantitative Finance ➡Risk & Compliance ➡Operations & Finance ➡Transformation & Organization ➡ Information Systems. 🔎 We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join an international team and contribute to the design, automation and optimization of software development and production environments. 📝 MAIN TASKS Design and implement secure automation solutions across development, testing and production environments.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform.Collaborate closely with Development and Operations teams to improve workflows, productivity and time-to-market.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across development, test and production environments.Contribute to cloud architecture, microservices and containerization strategies.Automate repetitive tasks and contribute to process improvement and industrialization.Monitor environment performance and capacity, identifying opportunities for optimization.Ensure appropriate documentation, security and operational best practices. 🧩 YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS 5+ years of experience as a Cloud & DevOps Engineer.Strong experience with AWS and preferably GitLab.Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins and Terraform.Strong knowledge of IaC and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and microservices architectures.Comfortable managing complex cloud environments.Knowledge of Windows and Linux infrastructure and security.Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server or MongoDB.Experience with SaaS environments and software/infrastructure projects.Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.Experience with process improvement, automation and root-cause analysis.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Hybrid position based in Porto. 🎁 WHAT WE OFFER This role offers a gross annual salary between 40.000€ to 65.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.Permanent contract (CTI).Meal allowance.Health Insurance.Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications.Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth.Career progression plan.Ongoing follow-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
