IBM BAW Developer with Front-End Development Expertise Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer with strong front-end development skills to design, develop, and implement workflow-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IBM BAW along with modern UI technologies to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain applications using IBM BAW. • Develop and customize Coaches, Coach Views, Human Services, and Process Applications. • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks. • Integrate IBM BAW solutions with enterprise applications and backend services. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing workflow applications. • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience in IBM BAW/BPM development. • Strong experience developing Coaches and Coach Views. • Hands-on expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and REST APIs. • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies. • Experience integrating IBM BAW with external systems and web services. • Strong understanding of workflow, process automation, and BPM concepts. • Experience with SQL and database technologies.
