SUMMARY 💰 150 - 170 PLN/h (B2B) 💰 18 000 – 20 500 PLN brutto (UOP) 📍 Kraków (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days remote) 💼 Lead Project Join a global platform engineering team responsible for the development, automation, and lifecycle management of an internal Kubernetes platform. You will help ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, secure, and easy to operate, while supporting multiple software development teams. The role combines Kubernetes platform engineering, automation, observability, infrastructure lifecycle management, and technical team coordination. You will Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of an internal Kubernetes platformBuild automation, APIs, and orchestration solutions for infrastructure and platform servicesImprove platform reliability and automate cluster and service upgradesMonitor and optimize system performance, resource utilization, and capacityBuild dashboards and visualizations to provide transparency of platform healthIdentify recurring issues and implement self-healing solutions where possibleProvide platform engineering and operational support to development teamsParticipate in system design, platform management, and capacity planningCoordinate the work and monthly schedule of a small local team of 5 engineersCollaborate with global engineering teams on platform initiativesSupport infrastructure changes outside standard working hours when required Must have Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container platforms in production environmentsStrong Linux administration skillsExperience building infrastructure automation, APIs, and pipelinesProgramming experience in Python or GolangStrong scripting skills, e.g., BashExperience with Kubernetes-native technologies such as Istio, Cilium, or CSIExperience with Jenkins and Ansible / Ansible Automation PlatformKnowledge of observability tools such as Splunk or DatadogExperience with infrastructure and software lifecycle management using GitHubProactive approach to identifying reliability issues and performance bottlenecksGood understanding of ITILFluent English and Polish Nice to have Experience leading or coordinating a small engineering teamExperience with Kubernetes platform upgrades and lifecycle automationKnowledge of self-healing and automated remediation solutionsExperience working in large-scale enterprise or global engineering environmentsExperience with capacity planning and platform performance optimization Our offer Relocation package (4500 PLN total value), paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) in case your permanent presence in the office is mandatory, and you need to relocate from another city.Benefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family; Multisport Benefit card; life insurance
