Join our Logistics team as a Mid or Senior Software Engineer – Python (m/f/d) at our Berlin headquarters (hybrid work model) and help build the technology that powers the movement of millions of second-hand products, contributing directly to a more sustainable future. Your mission Redesign the warehouse management systems and processes using robotics and modern technologiesDesign, develop, and deploy robust and scalable services using Python, Django and FastAPIConceptualize and improve our software architectureUnderstand and solve complex business requirementsTake ownership of services and technical decisions, and actively contribute to agile ceremoniesShare your expertise, support knowledge sharing, and improve engineering practicesWrite RFCs for the decisions and maintain Architecture Decisions Records Our Tech Stack Python, Django, FastAPICeleryMySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDBGitLab, CI/CDDocker, KubernetesReact, TypeScriptGoogle CloudTDD, DDD, Playwright Your profile Several years of professional experience with Python and Django or FastAPIProven experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies, preferably GCPExperience using AI-assisted development tools to deliver software efficiently while maintaining high-quality standardsProficiency in Linux/Unix environmentsPassion for testing, clean architecture, and clean codeFluent in English and great communication skills for discussions and code reviewsPlease note: We can only accept applications with a valid work permit You can look forward to Flexible working hours We follow a hybrid work model with 20 in-office days per quarter to foster important personal interaction while enabling a modern, flexible way of working. The remaining days can be worked from home, and you also have the option to spend up to 6 weeks per year working from countries within EU.
