Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps)

What You'll Do Design, implement, and support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environmentsBuild scalable, secure, and highly available solutions supporting business-critical systemsAutomate infrastructure deployment and operational processes using Infrastructure as CodeDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve application delivery and reliabilityImplement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions across the infrastructure estateCollaborate with engineering, analytics, risk, and compliance teams on platform initiativesManage networking, connectivity, security controls, and cloud servicesDrive infrastructure modernization through automation and engineering best practices What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience Strong Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps backgroundDeep cloud expertise, including architecture, deployment, and operational managementExperience with Infrastructure as Code and automation toolsCI/CD pipeline design and administrationMonitoring and observability experienceScripting and automation using Python and/or BashStrong networking fundamentals Preferred Experience Background within financial services, capital markets, trading, or other regulated environmentsExperience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructureFamiliarity with enterprise networking and security technologiesHands-on experience with containerization, automation, and cloud-native servicesExposure to AI-assisted development and engineering productivity toolsPassion for automating processes rather than relying on manual administration Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salaryComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageStrong retirement and benefits packageOnsite role in New York City with flexibility based on business needs EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
