The Role We are looking for a Design Engineer to help us design and build high-quality digital experiences for Websprint and our clients. This role sits at the intersection of design, frontend development, and AI-powered execution. You will translate creative direction, brand identities, and business requirements into polished, production-ready digital experiences. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable thinking visually and working with code: someone with strong technical skills, excellent design taste, and exceptional attention to detail. What you'll do Design and develop modern, responsive websites for businesses across different industries.Translate brand identities, creative direction, and content into polished digital experiences.Work across both design and frontend implementation, from page structure and visual direction to the final interface.Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Replit, and similar platforms to accelerate and improve your workflow.Create reusable components and layouts that maintain quality and consistency across projects.Refine typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, responsiveness, animation, and interaction.Ensure every website works seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile.Experiment with new design, development, and AI tools that can improve how Websprint creates digital experiences.Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure every project reflects Websprint’s visual standards. Who you are You have a strong combination of design and frontend development skills.You have excellent visual taste and understand what makes a website feel polished, intentional, and professionally designed.You are highly attentive to detail and care deeply about the quality of your work.You are comfortable working with Next.js, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.You are comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Replit, or similar platforms.You enjoy experimenting with code and finding creative technical solutions.You understand responsive design and component-based development.You have a strong grasp of typography, spacing, layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.You can move comfortably between design thinking and technical implementation.You are curious about emerging technologies and continuously explore better ways to design and build.You value speed and efficiency, but never at the expense of quality.
