Senior Software Engineer

If you speak 🐍, keep reading. I'm partnering with a fast-growing multi-product SaaS company that's looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python / AI-ML) to join their Data & AI Engineering team. You'll be working alongside Data Scientists and ML Engineers to take AI experimentation and turn it into production-grade systems powering recommendations, fraud detection, personalisation and GenAI products. 🛠️ What You'll Be Doing • Build and scale production-grade Python services, APIs, event-driven pipelines and background workers. • Help shape architecture and technical direction across the AI/ML Engineering team. • Productionise machine learning models and data science experimentation. • Work with technologies such as Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD. • Partner closely with Product, Data Science and Engineering teams to build scalable AI-powered products. • Mentor engineers, raise engineering standards and contribute to technical decision-making. ✅ What We're Looking For • 5+ years of Backend Engineering experience. • Strong Python experience, particularly building scalable backend services. • Experience with Redis, Kafka and relational databases. • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD. • Comfortable contributing to architecture and technical decisions. • Product mindset with strong communication skills. 🎁 Package & Benefits 💰 $5,500–7,000 USD per month + discretionary annual bonus 🌍 Remote (GMT to GMT+4.5) or based in Dubai (Hybrid) 🏥 Medical insurance (Dubai employees) ✈️ Annual flight allowance (Dubai employees) 🏖️ 30 days annual leave 📚 Learning budget ⚡ Fast interview process (4 stages) Please note that this role is within the iGaming industry, so candidates should be comfortable working in a non-Shariah-compliant business.
