Senior Full-Stack Developer
Role Purpose
The Senior Full-Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications across frontend and backend domains.
This role requires strong expertise in modern frontend development, solid backend engineering capabilities, cloud awareness, security best practices, and understanding of distributed systems.
The position also includes technical mentoring and support for engineering best practices across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and enterprise platforms.Build scalable frontend solutions and reusable application components.Develop backend services, APIs, and integration layers.Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and technology selection.Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud-native development.Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve technical debt.Support modern AI-enabled capabilities and enterprise integration patterns.Mentor developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of software development experience.Strong expertise in frontend development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.Solid backend development experience using Node.js and Python.Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and modern integration services.Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL development, and data modeling.Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, containers, microservices, and distributed architectures.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development, and DevOps practices.Knowledge of application security, secure API design, authentication/authorization, and OWASP principles.Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG concepts, AI integration patterns, and AI-assisted development practices.Experience working within Agile software delivery environments.Ability to support technical decision-making and mentor less experienced engineers.
