About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong focus on frontend engineering to join our dynamic team. In this strategic role, you will define and lead the development of accessible, performant, and user-centered web applications tailored for government customers. You will serve as a technical authority and thought leader in frontend architecture, driving best practices, tooling, and skillset enhancements across the organization. Your responsibilities will include designing modern frontend architectures, implementing development pipelines, and deploying infrastructure that supports high-quality, scalable applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver innovative UI/UX solutions that adhere to accessibility standards such as Section 508 and WCAG. Additionally, you will mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and champion frontend excellence to ensure the delivery of impactful digital services.
