Python Developer

International Tech Company Salary of 40 - 65K Euros gross per annum based on skills and experience + excellent benefits Our client is an International Tech Company in Limassol is looking for a Senior Python Developer to lead the design and development of scalable Python-based backend and data solutions in a cloud-driven environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python Build and optimize ETL workflows and data processing pipelines Design and implement relational database schemas Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of systems Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows Contribute to infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices Requirements: At least 5 years experience of hands-on Python experience (OOP, async programming, testing, SQL) Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred, Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL acceptable) Experience designing and maintaining ETL processes Hands-on CI/CD implementation experience (GitHub Actions or similar) Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks Experience with containerized applications (Docker) is a plus REST / GraphQL API-driven development is a plus Experience with Robot/Selenium testing frameworks is a plus Exposure to cloud-native technologies is a plus Fluent English language skills Located in Cyprus The working days are Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm with an hour off. This is a hybrid role: working 3 days from the office and 2 from home.
