Senior DevOps Site Reliability Engineer

Position Description TSD Mobility Solutions, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Senior DevOps Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the reliability, automation, and delivery of our software products. You’ll work across a diverse environment — including AWS cloud infrastructure and on-premises data center deployments — with a focus on building and maintaining the automated pipelines that keep our software moving safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate build and deployment workflows across multiple productsManage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPCs, IAM, and related servicesDevelop and maintain automated deployment pipelines targeting both on-premises data center environments and AWS cloud infrastructure, including Windows IIS and Linux-based systemsPartner closely with development teams to improve deployment processes, system reliability, and performanceTrack and manage infrastructure work and project delivery through Azure DevOpsDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual toil and improve consistency across environmentsContribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvementsMentor junior team members and help shape DevOps best practices across the organization Training On the job training. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, infrastructure, or site reliability engineering roleHands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure managementExperience building and managing automated deployment pipelines to both on-premises and cloud environmentsProficiency deploying and managing applications on Windows Server / IIS, including configuration, app pools, and deployment automationSolid working knowledge of Linux system administration, including process management, file systems, permissions, and shell environmentsProficiency with Jenkins for build automation and deployment pipelinesExperience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and workflow managementSolid scripting skills in Bash, Python, and PowerShellFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools such as Terraform or AnsibleStrong understanding of networking and security fundamentals as they relate to deployment pipelinesExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solvingExperience automating IIS deployments using tools such as Web Deploy (MSDeploy) or PowerShell DSC (preferred)Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (preferred)AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.) (preferred)Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.) (preferred) Benefits Benefits We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
