About The Role As a Principal Java Engineer at GTI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our core SaaS platform. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the architecture, engineering standards, and best practices that underpin our applications. This is a strategic leadership position that requires deep technical expertise, a proactive approach, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct management responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, Operations, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that meet current and future business requirements. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving technical excellence, operational stability, and continuous innovation across our platform.
