Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer who can develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions based on business requirements.
Experience with .NET development and integration is also required.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Odoo development, Python, and PostgreSQL, with the ability to create custom modules, integrate Odoo with other systems, and troubleshoot existing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.Build custom Odoo applications and features using Python.Customize Odoo models, views, workflows, reports, and business processes.Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and external systems using APIs.Work with PostgreSQL databases and optimize queries when required.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo bugs, performance issues, and technical problems.Upgrade and migrate Odoo modules and customizations between versions.Develop custom reports and dashboards.Configure and customize existing Odoo applications such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, HR, and Project Management.Collaborate with business users and other technical team members to deliver ERP solutions.Maintain technical documentation for custom modules and integrations.Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Odoo development.Strong programming skills in Python.Strong knowledge of Odoo framework and ORM.Experience with PostgreSQL.Good knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience developing custom Odoo modules.Experience with Odoo APIs and third-party integrations.Understanding of Git and software development best practices.Experience with Odoo versions 14+ is preferred.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.Good communication skills in English.
