Job Description Principal Full-Stack Software Engineer at a glance... Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 3 days/week) We are looking for a Principal Full-Stack Software Engineer to lead the our internal engineering platform, standards framework, and developer enablement ecosystem used across the Software Engineering Chapter.This role combines platform engineering, architecture, and developer experience leadership. You will design and maintain reusable engineering templates, define engineering guardrails, and lead the Center for Enablement team responsible for enabling product engineering pods. Your work will directly improve developer productivity, engineering quality, and delivery performance across the organization. What's on the menu?
