Job Overview
We are looking for Junior and Senior Infra DevOps Engineers to support and manage cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructure environments.
The role focuses on DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, containerisation, monitoring, security, and infrastructure operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Build, deploy, maintain, and optimise cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructure.Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and automated deployment processes.Develop automation scripts using Python and/or Bash.Support and manage containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes.Perform infrastructure monitoring and ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.Support server patching, version upgrades, backup, storage, database, and infrastructure maintenance activities.Troubleshoot infrastructure, cloud, application, networking, and system-related issues.Perform investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major and recurring incidents.Ensure infrastructure complies with security, governance, standards, and regulatory requirements.Support DevSecOps, cloud-native, and Infrastructure as Code practices.Work with development, application, security, network, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.Identify opportunities to improve automation, infrastructure reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.Support highly available and mission-critical environments, including 24×7 operations where required.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share technical knowledge with team members.
Requirements
Junior Infra DevOps
2-4 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, or related areas.Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.Knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.Good understanding of Windows/Linux, networking, databases, storage, backup, and server infrastructure.Basic to intermediate scripting skills using Python and/or Bash.Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Good communication and teamwork skills.
Senior Infra DevOps
5+ years of relevant experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, or related areas.Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.Strong experience with Terraform and Ansible.Strong knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.Good understanding of Windows/Linux, networking, databases, storage, backup, server hardware, and virtualisation.Strong scripting skills using Python and/or Bash.Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical, and 24×7 environments.Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance, DevSecOps, and infrastructure best practices.Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis capabilities.Ability to lead technical initiatives and provide guidance to junior team members.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical issues.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in the Telecommunications industry is an advantage.Candidates with relevant AWS, Azure, GCP, Ansible, Terraform, Cloud, or DevOps certifications will have an added advantage.
