This is a platform engineering role—you'll be building the thing that builds the thing. You'll work with an AI-first mentality with guardrails, creating the foundation that enables engineers, designers, and product managers across Blue Origin to build interfaces faster and more consistently. developer feedback Required Qualifications 7+ years of front-end development experience, with substantial time shipping production software to real usersExpert-level mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScriptDeep experience with React (required) and React Native (strongly preferred), including component architecture, state management, and performance optimizationPlatform/tooling development experience: You've built tools, frameworks, or platforms that other engineers useStrong systems thinking: Ability to design abstractions, contracts, and APIs that balance flexibility with governanceGraphQL expertise: Designing, consuming, and integrating GraphQL APIsProduction mindset: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, monitoring, and operational excellenceResponsive
